Building Bridges Across Borders – PepsiCo Regional Workshop 2025

 When PepsiCo brought together its brightest talents from across India, the GCC, North Africa, and Egypt for a strategic four day workshop, MENT’ADS was proud to orchestrate the full journey seamlessly blending technology, hospitality, and immersive experience design at the prestigious Dusit Lakeview, New Cairo.

With over 150 participants physically present and 30+ tuning in remotely, the event was a testament to global collaboration and precision-led execution.

Where Strategy Met Experience

  • The workshop spanned four fully-equipped rooms, each tailored to its audience and purpose. The main ballroom served as the conference’s heartbeat, hosting plenary sessions with round table seating for 150 attendees. A grand 14m x 4m stage and modular LED screen formed the centerpiece, controlled by a dedicated AV system to guarantee visual and technical excellence.

    A second, more intimate workshop space held 50 participants in a U-shaped format, featuring a 6m x 3m modular digital screen and an independent control system ensuring uninterrupted transitions between sessions.

    Remote participants weren’t left behind; their presence was fully integrated into both rooms, appearing live through the screens and interacting in real time through their own devices.

From a serene Nile River cruise with live entertainment to a guided tour of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, the experience was elevated into something unforgettable.
