The Coldwell Banker & New Homes Exhibition at CityScape was designed to showcase the brand’s extensive real estate offerings in a high-impact, professional environment. As one of the most prominent exhibitors, Coldwell Banker sought to create an inviting yet sophisticated space where potential clients could engage with their portfolio, gain insights into investment opportunities, and connect directly with sales representatives.
The goal was to reinforce Coldwell Banker’s reputation as a trusted leader in the real estate industry while maximizing brand visibility and facilitating meaningful client interactions.
Ment’s role involved a comprehensive approach to design, planning, and execution. Given the scale of the exhibition, we strategically designed a double-deck booth that not only stood out in the exhibition hall but also provided ample space for different functional areas. Creative Booth Design: We conceptualized a unique double-deck structure, ensuring maximum utilization of space with an upper level for exclusive client meetings and a lower level dedicated to immersive brand displays.
Functional Layout: The booth featured multiple meeting rooms and lounge areas, allowing Coldwell Banker’s sales team to engage with clients in a private, comfortable setting. The open floor plan facilitated smooth visitor flow and encouraged exploration of the displayed real estate projects.
Strategic Branding: Every element, from the booth’s color scheme to its lighting, was designed to reflect Coldwell Banker’s brand identity. We incorporated large digital screens to showcase high-quality visuals of key properties, attracting passersby and drawing them into the experience.
Execution Highlights
